I offer an initial consultation to clarify what therapy will involve, discussing the areas you wish to cover and to discuss what support might be helpful to you.
This initial meeting will also give you the opportunity to meet me, ask any questions and to decide if you would like to proceed with counselling.
My private practice is in a peaceful ground floor room in Harleston. I am also happy to work with you on the telephone.
I work in a person-centred way which means that I believe in the value of the therapeutic relationship and offer confidentiality and empathy in a safe and non-judgemental environment.
I believe that the therapeutic relationship can facilitate personal development, growth and understanding and so enable you to make positive life changes if you choose to do so.
I can help you to explore and clarify your thoughts and feelings and with greater awareness and clarity it is possible to have a clearer understanding of ourselves and others.
If you would like to speak to me about any of the above or have any queries please do not hesitate to give me a call.
